With sites like MediaKee, readers have access to unlimited books, testimonials, and much more on their e-reading devices, which can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime. Hence, given that a majority of the readers are reading on digital devices now, how has this shift affected the reading patterns?

With so much more technology and options apart from traditional reading available, reading has become more exciting and is attracting more readers. The book industry is using this bounty of options to instill in the younger generation a desire for reading. Not only has reading changed undeniably, but even books themselves are undergoing a revolution.

The digital book industry is potentially good for the book business, as it opens up reading as a possible and interesting option to new and untapped customers, thus, generating the possibility of a new revenue stream. In this generation of multitasking and short attention span, eBooks and audiobooks fit in perfectly with the consumers' need of the hour.

As an eBook author, you need to understand that readers are browsing your eBook amongst multiple tabs that are open on their device. So, if your eBook fails to pique their interest, they are more than likely to switch over to something else, thus, bringing down your readership. Hence, it is highly imperative for you to feel the pulse of the modern reading generation, and create a content that speaks to their fleeting attention span.

MediaKee offers their subscribers unlimited access to books, testimonials, and more, which they can browse from any of their e-reading devices. Subscribe to MediaKee now to enjoy your favorite book.
